The first post — a Cannes reflection featuring bold visuals and personal takeaways — achieved over 35,000 impressions and reached 20,000+ professionals, setting a strong foundation for future engagement.

  • Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
    Produced high-impact content that blended strategic messaging with personal narrative. Emphasis was placed on visual formats such as carousels and short videos to increase reach and resonance.

  • Authenticity & Timing
    Ensured all content was timely, relevant, and emotionally engaging — reinforcing the CEO’s credibility and relatability.

  • Phase 2 Expansion
    Rolled out a broader ambassador programme, identifying 50 senior colleagues across the business to support the CEO’s narrative and amplify the leadership voice through their own channels.
